Hi
,
Have You Ever Started a Business and Failed?
If the truth be known, you’re not alone.
Far too often, people are thrown into business without real training on how to
succeed.
Why?
From a young age, most of us are taught the same story: study hard, get good grades, go to university, land a great job, climb the corporate ladder, and retire comfortably.
If only
it were that simple.
Today, too many people live hand to mouth, struggling paycheque to paycheque — even those with degrees.
In fact, 76% of graduates cannot find jobs that match their qualifications.
The gap between the “haves” and “have-nots” keeps widening.
If you feel stuck on that linear track to nowhere, it’s time to step off the treadmill.
Stop working hard just to fund someone else’s freedom.
Big business needs workers, the government needs your taxes, and the education system feeds both. It’s no coincidence — it’s the system at work.
A Chance to Change Everything
The fact that you’re reading this shows one thing: you’re not satisfied with where you are.
And this isn’t just about you. You want to build something lasting — a legacy your family can inherit.
Most jobs can’t be passed down, but a business can. You can create something to be proud of.
And today, you’re in the right place, at the right
time, to make that happen.
The Recruitment Agency Revolution
We’re living through a Recruitment Agency Revolution.
The internet has completely transformed how recruitment works, creating a remarkable opportunity to launch a home-based recruitment
business with unlimited earning potential.
And if money has held you back from getting started, well there is a way forward.
However, before I show you how, let me share a brief experience as to why I am so committed to opening this industry to people from all backgrounds and walks of
life.
My Journey: From Branch Manager to Mentor
In the early 90s, I was a Branch Manager at Reed Employment, one of the UK’s leading high-street recruitment agencies.
Reporting directly to James Reed and his father, Sir Alec Reed, gave me
invaluable insight into building and scaling a successful business.
Sir Alec, also a professor of business innovation, invited me to join an intensive course called LIES — Leadership, Innovation, Enterprise Skills. What I learned there transformed everything.
Within a year, I won the Innovator of the
Year Award for generating the highest revenue through new business ideas — and was rewarded with a BMW for producing £300,000 in net income.
The Turning Point
Then everything changed.
A senior executive, threatened by my success, moved me onto a
government project called New Deal, aimed at helping the long-term unemployed in East London.
At first, I was frustrated.
But I soon realised the opportunity: I could train unemployed people to become recruitment consultants themselves.
Given the right guidance, I believed they could outperform the average recruiter.
The reaction from Reed’s senior management?
Shock and disbelief.
I later discovered a memo that labelled these people NIMYs — “Never In a Million Years.”
It was heart-breaking and opened my eyes to how society had written off those who needed opportunity most.
That experience lit a fire in me.
I knew I wanted to empower these so-called 'NIMYs' to achieve financial independence — and today, that mission drives me.
Join the Movement
My goal is to help as many people as possible — the unemployed, single parents, carers, underpaid workers, and anyone stuck in a dead-end job
— to start their own home-based recruitment agency.
You don’t need decades of experience or thousands in the bank.
You need the right system, mindset, and guidance.
That’s exactly what the
Associate Recruiters Training programme provides.
I’m inviting you to join our Associate Recruiters Referral Programme.
Here’s how it works:
We’ll pay you an onboarding fee of £1,000 for anyone who wants to work with our
company.
You’ll also earn £1,000 for every successful referral you send our way.
The aim of this programme is to help you earn extra income — which you could use to start your own recruitment agency — but that choice is entirely yours.
To join, simply send an up-to-date copy of your CV to our team at support@recruitmentstartup.net, and we’ll be in touch.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Warm
regards
